Will you also come and relax in a peaceful environment in West-Friesland, among the animals and the greenery? Together with Suzanne, you will do fun exercises to enjoy moving and relaxing.
The yoga class is on Saturday 17 October at 13:00 and lasts 45 minutes. The class is held in the greenhouse. Should it be chilly, we will turn on the heater.
Children’s yoga is for children between 5 and 11 years old. The cost for this class is €8.95 per child and can be paid in cash or by card in the farm shop on the day of the activity.
Wear comfortable clothing that you feel good in. Mats are available at the farm.
