The Akopian Trio consists of: Adam (17, piano), Christian (16, cello) and Emanuel Akopian (11, violin). Together they form a musical trio and are coached by the renowned teacher Mila Baslawskaya. As the Akopian Trio, the brothers play a varied repertoire. They have performed at the Grachtenfestival, Klassiek op het Amstelveld, Musis Arnhem and at concert series of Stichting Kunst in de Kamer. Their ensemble playing is tight and musically thoughtful, with room for spontaneity and fun. In this way, they share their love of music with their audience. Music experts say: their playing is pure, intense and surprisingly mature – true storytellers. They bring classical music to life with dedication and passion. For them, a performance is more than just making music; it is a way to convey stories and emotions and take their audience on a musical journey. Their story was recently highlighted in Trouw. www.piano-edam.nl
