No reputable bakery school teaches this anymore. Under the experienced guidance of expert Jacco Spil, you’ll learn how to boil sugar, pour it, and then pull it to create all sorts of shapes.

Minimum age 16 years

Min. 8 and max. 15 people (the workshop will only take place if there are sufficient participants) – Coffee/tea is included

You will receive all necessary materials during the workshop.
