Following last year’s successful market, this year’s market is once again being set up on a spacious scale, just like in the old days. Extra attention is being paid to fun free activities. These include professional face painters, balloon artists, XL bubble artists, performances, and you can have your future predicted by a fortune teller. There is a games square for young and old that you can also participate in for free.

In short, it is certainly worth walking across the market. The market has over 100 stalls and spans three streets. You can start from the fairgrounds in the Bagijnhof, walk a short distance along the Ridderstraat to the Westerhaven, which continues all the way to the fairgrounds.

The stalls are richly filled with diversity, featuring clothing in various styles for all ages from baby to XL plus sizes, jewelry, hobbyist supplies, handmade fashion accessories, and home decor made from materials such as epoxy, vinyl records, wood, and metal; perfumes; organic products from a beekeeper; cheese, nuts, fruit, sausage, eel, and salmon; mounted insects and butterflies; toys; makeup and skincare products; leather goods; phone and computer accessories, etc., etc. You can also take a fun photo souvenir at the Photobooth stand.
