As the son of immigrants, Alexander Broussard shuttled back and forth between Italy and the Netherlands until he was twenty. As soon as he crossed the Alps southward, he always heard that beautiful music. The two cultures formed the basis for Una Storia Italiana , a musical story about the Italy of his youth.
