Two men, Viggo and Eddie, receive a letter in the mail. They read it. It states that they must report to the authorities. They must take a suitcase with supplies to ‘the Security Bureau.’ There, they must account for statements made.
But they have never made statements in public. So for which statements do they have to appear? They decide they must go into hiding. But where? It is safe at Kees’s, they think.
He has no opinion and is therefore in no danger of being visited. They pack their suitcases and walk to Kees in the night.
They ring Kees’s doorbell and the performance begins. Kees does have demands, and he sets rules.
And then Kees is also trying to develop into a kind of psychiatrist.
