Wim Boon, the beloved blues musician from Wervershoof, takes the spotlight on January 10, 2027, with a special concert that underscores his versatility and warm stage presence.

For years, he has managed to touch audiences with his characteristic voice and refined guitar playing. As West Friesland’s only Real Blues Man , he takes his listeners from the Mississippi Delta to Chicago, accompanied by fingerpicking guitar, slide guitar, harmonica, and stompfoot. Songs by old masters such as John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, and Slim Harpo make an appearance.
