Duo Violette was born from an exciting collaboration between Canadian soprano Anna-Julia David and Japanese pianist Toko Tsuchiya .
They met at the Utrecht Conservatory and sparks soon flew.
Whether it concerns Baroque, Romantic or Impressionism, they perform it with verve and conviction and enchant their audience time and again.
In Huis Midwoud they present a varied programme in which various composers from different periods of classical music are featured.
