During the autumn holidays there are plenty of activities for children in the Steam Engine Museum. In the boiler room, the stoker stokes the fire in the boiler considerably. Heating is hard work! With Bello or one of the other locomotives you drive through the West Frisian landscape from Hoorn to Medemblik (or vice versa) on the railway from 1887. Children can go on a Steam Safari during the Most Exciting Time Travel. During the ride you drive past (and stop at) the characteristic station buildings of Wognum, Twisk and Opperdoes.
